HOW TO USE:
Prepare the Skin: Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free
of lotions or oils.
Apply the Nipple Covers:
• Gently peel the protective backing off the nipple cover.
• Center the cover over the nipple and press lightly to secure.
Lift and Secure:
• Remove the adhesive backing from the lifting tab at the top
of the cover.
• Gently lift the breast to the desired position and attach the
lifting tab to the skin.
Adjust as Needed: Ensure the covers are securely in place and

Remove After Use: Gently peel off the covers and clean them
